small room soft bed
The room was larger in photos. I think they included the bathroom measurements, quite misleading. but the room turned out small. the bed was too soft, i couldn't get a good rest. we loved the pastries. but the view was amazing!

this hotel was pretty good! the location is beautiful, quiet, yet central. it has three subway stations with different lines, so transportation is effortless! the room was super clean with a comfortable bed and great pillows, i also had a fine view. breakfast was a highlight offering delicious options.

I found perfect amenities here. The washing machines were convenient for my trip. The location provided easy access to everything (I really enjoyed that). The proximity to the train station simplified travel throughout the region.
The walls seem thin, and I could hear some noise from neighboring rooms occasionally.

the location was convenient with three subway stations nearby. the hotel was in a less touristy area, i liked that. the room had separate shower, a nice feature. the room was spacious than other hotels i stayed at.
the stuff was terribly unhelpful, i thought. they did not provide real help, it was annoying. i could not get a coffee from the cafeteria in the morning unless i paid for full breakfast, which i did.

amenities are freely available next to the reception area. guests could rent the umbrellas for free for use during rainy days. there is a park with benches at the hotel front.

the location met my expectations for subway access.
The room size disappointed me. It was difficult to manage luggage. also the electrical outlets did not accommodate all my devices because of the grounding prong issue. this made charging my laptop difficult.

rude check-in lady clueless guy
the neighborhood was okay, i guess. a convenience store sat opposite the place and i found some fresh food nearby, acceptable.
the check-in lady was a real piece of work. she was rude, didn't greet us, and seemed generally impatient, which i didnt appreciate. then, the guy at checkout acted like he was on his first day, clueless. i half expected a robot to do a better job and smile at the same time.
